Faculty of Agri-Business, Education and Extension

" Welcome to the Faculty of Agribusiness, Education and Extension. The role of the faculty is to provide education and training and to conduct research in agricultural economics, agricultural education, and agricultural extension and rural development. We produce graduates that are ready to assist agribusinesses to improve food production and distribution and provide agricultural education and training in secondary schools and among farming communities. Our research is intended to provide evidence for improving technology adoption among communities, teaching and training of agriculture, agribusiness performance and entrepreneurship, and agricultural policies. We therefore wish to provide information for improved and appropriate technologies and business innovations, at all stages of the agribusiness value chain. We do all these things with the overall aim of contributing to an improved quality of life of farming communities and the nation at large. ＂
