The aim of the course is to provide practical training for technicians from developing countries who upon returning to their respective countries should be able to adopt improved methods in meat inspection. With a broad based fundamental knowledge, skills and competencies in meat inspection, the trained manpower will add value to the sector responsible for meat and meat products safety.
